Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't receive it or the tracking number doesn’t work, please contact our customer support team, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Please double-check your billing and shipping addresses during checkout, as we are not liable for incorrect addresses entered during this process. If we make an error, we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement at no extra charge.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you can’t locate it, please check your property, mailroom, or with neighbors who might have accepted it on your behalf. If it still cannot be found after 1-2 business days, contact your local post office to file a claim and provide your tracking information. Once you’ve done this, please email us at stopbuzz@gmail.com with the claim details so we can assist further.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages with confirmed delivery. For added security, we recommend choosing expedited shipping, which includes free replacement for stolen parcels. We consider an item lost in transit if there are no tracking updates for 25 days. Please contact us at stopbugzz@gmail.com to process a replacement.
