Refunds and return
At StopBugzz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy on all eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, are non-returnable. Please check the product description before purchase.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at stopbugzz@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs, custom duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item once your return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at stopbugzz@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
